STONETECH Enhancer (Water-Based) Resists Oil Stains Features + Benefits Easier to use Richens color Standard protection against all stains Water-based Interior use Where to Use Natural stone such as marble, limestone, slate, travertine, sandstone, flagstone, tumbled stone, flamed stone & textured stone. Masonry & concrete. Directions Note: Directions may vary by size. Always test in a small inconspicuous area with a 24-hour cure time to determine ease of application and desired results. Allow new grout installations to cure for a minimum of 72 hours prior to application. Make sure surface is clean, thoroughly dry and free of waxes and coatings. Not recommended for exterior surfaces. Mask off and protect any baseboards or adjacent areas to avoid splashing and overspray onto surfaces not intended to be treated. Liberally apply an even coat using a paint pad, low-pressure chemical-resistant sprayer, roller or brush. Allow to penetrate the surface for 15-30 minutes; denser material may require maximum time for Enhancer to penetrate. During this time, distribute excess over entire area to insure even penetration. Completely wipe surface dry. DO NOT ALLOW ENHANCER TO DRY COMPLETELY ON SURFACE. A second coat may be needed for porous, absorbent surfaces or if a darker appearance is required and should be applied one hour after initial application as directed in steps 2-3. A full cure is achieved after 24-72 hours; foot traffic may begin in 6-8 hours. Cover with red rosin paper, if foot traffic must resume before the recommended time periods have passed. Clean equipment with water. Size (and Coverage) Quart: 50-300 sq. ft. Expected Wear: 3-5 years.
